Ali Cat
~ Ali ~
Summer 2010

The newest member in the Gardiner Design team!
Introducing Ali... who's name reflects her less than auspicious beginnings. She arrived during a flooding rain, with one pad on her paw torn and badly infected. I then discovered she had bladder infection caused by e.Coli. Life on the streets had not been kind, but after a little TLC and a spaying she is as good as new and has now settled into her new home.

Her interests include: Catching mice, dropping mice, mouse " keep away " and "mail-slot" peek-a-boo. Because of the last, she now hisses at my mailman. Her favorite places to lounge are either on Ted (as shown), or between me and the keyboard. As a result of the latter, she has become a very fast typist, I'm just not sure in what language! So if you get an email from me that says "021111116 ", or something similar, Ali was laying on the number pad. That's my story and I'm sticking with it!

Have a Great Summer, Debi & Ali

Romance Class Logo

The logo above was a recreation of an exsisting logo with a mortarboard on a heart. With some simple elements the heart became a face, and the tassle does double duty as a flirty blond curl.

The original logo is shown below:

Romance Class Original Logo
APWG Dallas logo

The Anti-Phishing Working Group adopted an wise owl with big eyes to be the official mascot of their organization. Faurence, as they call him, is shown in his original formhere, but as he travels the world for different conferences, he generally gets a makeover specific to the event.

Chris Flisher New Web Design

Gardiner Design created a website over 10 years ago for astrologer Chris Flisher. Chris is also an artist and a radio personality, and through the years as he has added more information to the site it had become confusing. He has again hired Gardiner Design for three new website designs with one visual theme. Look for them soon. See the original sitehere.

Blue Sky BioTech Products and Services Brochures Sample Spreads

Blue Sky BioTech Products Brochure Spread
Blue Sky BioTech ~ Products Brochure Spread (16 pages)

Blue Sky BioTech Services Brochure Spread
Blue Sky BioTech ~ Services Brochure Spread (12 pages)

Blue Sky BioTech's tagline says it all: "Focus on Your Freedom to Innovate". As a trusted partner to pharmaceutical companies, Blue Sky offers time-saving services and products which allow for quicker, more efficient drug development. This translates to "free-time" to the scientists, so all of BlueSky's marketing includes happy people during that "eureka" moment. The Services brochure entitled "Pathways to Productivity" includes a uniquely illustrated scene for each spread, incorporating images and textures suggested by the company's four primary services categories. All design and illustration for both brochures was created by Gardiner Design.

It's my party and I'll wine if I want to. You would wine too, if it happened to you!
